It offers up to 20% down (with a cap of $150,000) plus closing costs. This program was established for First-time homebuyers OR you have not owned a home in the past three years, OR have only owned a home in certain circumstances (Call or Register below for more info).
The catch? It’s not really a catch—it’s a benefit!
To qualify, you’ll need to earn below your county’s area median income (King County: $147,400 & Pierce County: $112,300) and either you or a parent/grandparent must have lived in Washington pre-1968 as part of the following groups: Black, Hispanic, Indigenous, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, Korean, or Asian Indian.
